Dr. Phil Ollenberg is a Canadian higher-education leader, researcher, and speaker specializing in strategic enrolment management, recruitment, marketing, and admissions. Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, he has nearly two decades of experience across post-secondary institutions in Saskatchewan, Alberta, and BC.
Phil works as teaching faculty at Royal Roads University and is an associate registrar at Emily Carr University of Art & Design.
